Bad Helmets

There are polo students who have been sold helmets that are no longer acceptable in polo.  Please be aware that you must use a helmet with a 3-point safety harness to play polo in Malaysia.

After a few high profile coma-cases in the United Kingdom, the 2-point harness system became unacceptable in 2016 under the Hurlingham Polo Association rules.

Yet there are still tack shops in Malaysia still selling them.  When a type of helmet is deemed as unsafe for polo, why would you still sell it?  It isn’t fair on the customer, who probably doesn’t know any better.
